Frequently asked questions
For XP:
- Click Start, then click Settings and go to Control Panel.
- When the Control Panel window opens, double-click on the Display icon. This brings up the Display Properties window.
- Select the Screensaver tab, and select the screensaver you want to use from the drop-down menu.
For Vista:
- Click Start and go to Control Panel
- When the Control Panel window opens, double-click on the Personalization icon. This brings up the Personalization Properties window.
- Select the Screensaver tab, and select the screensaver you want to use from the drop-down menu
Next steps:
To change the power plan settings,
- click Change power settings;
- Select a power plan (we recommend you High Performance);
- Click Change plan settings
- Choose the sleep and display settings that you want your computer to use (For example, if you select to turn of the display in 20 minutes, it means that you screensaver will be on within these period and since the start time)
- Once you have finished changing the settings, click Save changes
